Adif and Adif AV have made an investment of 1,798 million euros in 2019, an increase of 15% compared to the amount in 2018.

As regards Adif, Extremadura's high speed has received an investment of 163 million euros, in track and platform implementation works, also highlighting the signaling and telecommunications works in the Cáceres-Mérida-Badajoz section.

The action also includes the renewal of the sections of conventional track through which it will run on the fast train and the connection with Portugal.
