Veravic, the most important poultry industry in Extremadura, has has beed adquired by  Plukon Food Group. This European giant has five work centers in Spain, three of them in Extremadura (a poultry processing center, a feed mill and an incubator).

The acquisition of VMR responds to the plan with which Plukon intends to become a leader in the production and marketing of fresh poultry products in Europe.
