The Investment Attraction Service, under the Ministry of Economy, Business and Trade in Extremadura, has the mission of promoting the strengths of the region such as energy, resources and its industrial fabric.

Among the conditions that the region meets and make it the ideal place to host large investments related to the electric car are its more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, the production of 1 out of every 4 green watts in Spain, having 25% of the reservoir water in Spain, the existence of "almost 1000 hectares of developed and available industrial land" and also "a bank of public land of dozens of thousands of hectares, with all the necessary resources geolocated.

It has the highest intensity of EU aid in regional incentives, reaching 40% of the investment in the case of large companies, with qualified personnel, at very competitive labour costs and with an agile regional administration, which is compromising deadlines for the resolution of administrative procedures between 6 and 7 months.
