The deadlines are being met and, if there are no last-minute unforeseen events, the agribusiness multinational Monliz España will be operating in the Logistics Platform of the European Southwest the first week of August. It is the only company installed, for now, in this infrastructure, which is building its new facilities on a plot of 30,000 square meters (16,000 of built surface) and with an investment of 20 million euros.

The work of the concrete structure is currently executed at 90% (the structure itself is fully finished and the offices, chamber and docks, 50%) and have already begun to place the insulation. It is also built most of the floor of the cold room (11,000 square meters) that will house the merchandise, a fairly complex performance because the glycol (antifreeze) pipes are embedded in the cement. Once the final flooring is placed, the shelves in which the pallets will be stored will be installed, which is planned for the end of April. This part of the work is being developed in phases and the first is already finished so that, in case of rain, all the shelves can be put inside and that the work can proceed without delay.
