Deutz Global Service Center (DGSC) is a shared services center owned by the German Deutz AG group located in Zafra and currently offers finance, accounting, purchasing, logistics, controlling and administration services for different locations of the Deutz group around the world.

The good operation and excellent management of the last two years has made it possible to complete the first phase of the project, reaching the figure of 50 qualified workers in their respective management areas. Following the success of this first phase, the Deutz Group plans to invest €1M in the construction of a new building to expand current services, including new business areas that support the world's leading subsidiaries in IT management and digital transformation.

It is estimated that work on the new building will begin in January 2024 and 90 positions will be hired planned for the next two years. With this new expansion project, Deutz reinforces its commitment to sustainable growth in our region for the future, while highlighting the excellent management in the field of training that the Deutz Business School Foundation has been carrying out for years in order to improve the skills of young people from Extremadura. The current Dual Vocational Training programmes and the collaboration agreements with the University of Extremadura are just a few examples considered as 'Best Practices' programmes at a national level, making Deutz an excellent place to develop a high-level international career.
